At CAP, our mission is two-fold...to generate superior long-term capital appreciation for our investors while helping entrepreneurs build great companies. Our team of seasoned professionals has over 60 years of combined experience building emerging healthcare and life science companies and is actively seeking new investments.
Since our founding in 1994, CAP has achieved an aggregate 40% compound internal rate of return (IRR) and a 2.1X cash-on-cash return on completed investments. We have a conservative philosophy and do not rely on public capital markets for exit, although we will utilize public markets when appropriate.
With $155 million under management, we combine capital resources with significant company building experience to create value for our portfolio companies. We leverage our contacts to establish business and financial relationships and provide strategic direction. |
